A standard room (like a bathroom or kitchen) usually takes 1 to 2 hours. Larger spaces or heavily soiled areas may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate before starting.

How long after your service should I wait before walking on my tiles?

If your tiles and grout have been sealed, we recommend waiting at least 3–4 hours before walking on them to allow the sealer to cure properly.

If your tiles were only cleaned (not sealed), you can usually walk on them after about 30 minutes, once they are fully dry. We'll always advise you on-site based on the exact service performed.

My tiles are made from natural stone — can you help?

Yes, we can! We specialise in cleaning natural stone tiles including marble, slate, travertine, granite, and limestone. These surfaces require extra care, and our team uses stone-safe, pH-neutral products and gentle techniques to protect the finish while removing dirt and buildup.

What is the best way to clean really dirty tile?

The most effective way to clean heavily soiled tile is through professional-grade deep cleaning, which includes:

However, unglazed tiles (like terracotta) and natural stone (such as marble, slate, travertine, or limestone) can and should be sealed to protect against stains, moisture, and damage.
