What is a Deep Clean?

A Deep Clean is an extensive, top-to-bottom cleaning service that targets hard-to-reach areas, built-up grime, and neglected surfaces. It goes far beyond regular maintenance — ideal for homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or need a fresh start.

How do I book for a cleaning service?

How long will it take to deep clean my house?

It depends on the size and condition of your home. As a general guide:

● 2-bedroom home: 3–5 hours

● 3-bedroom home: 5–6+ hours

Larger homes may require more time or a cleaning team We'll always give you an estimated duration when you book.

How many people will come to clean my house?

For most deep cleans, we assign one highly trained cleaner. For larger or more time-sensitive jobs, we may send a team of two to complete the service efficiently.

Are your cleaning teams professionals?

Yes! All of our cleaners are vetted, background-checked, and trained to our gold standard. On average, our cleaners stay with us for over 3 years and have completed 1,000+ cleans each.

What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

We're committed to delivering exceptional results every time. If you're not satisfied with any part of your clean, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return within 72 hours to re-clean the missed areas — free of charge.

Can a Deep Clean be booked in place of a move in/move out clean?

No — a Move In/Out/End-of-Lease Clean includes additional items such as interior windows, cabinets, and oven cleaning. A Deep Clean is detailed but doesn't cover everything required for real estate inspections or bond returns.

What services are not included in your Deep Cleaning service?

Our deep clean does not include:

● Carpet steam cleaning

● Upholstery shampooing

● Ceiling cleaning

● Cornices cleaning

● Interior and exterior windows

● Light fixtures cleaning

● Mould remediation

● Rubbish removal

● Wet wipe blind

● Gardening

● Biohazard or hoarding cleans

These can be added as extras where available.

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy for Deep Cleaning appointments?

You can cancel or reschedule for free with at least 24 hours' notice.

Changes less than 24 hours incur a $50 fee.

Cancellations at the door are charged at full price.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions for recurring Deep Cleaning services?

Yes! When booked as part of a recurring plan, your initial Deep Clean can be discounted, and regular services receive up to 15% off. Ask our team for promo codes or recurring service options.

Can I request additional services, such as carpet or upholstery cleaning, as part of the Deep Clean?

Yes! You can customize your Deep Clean by adding extras like:

● Carpet steam cleaning

● Oven cleaning

● Interior windows

● Upholstery or mattress cleaning

These can be selected during booking or added by request.

How frequently should I schedule a Deep Clean for optimal home maintenance?

We recommend a Deep Clean every 3–6 months, especially if you:

● Have kids or pets

● Host guests frequently

● Struggle to keep up with deep chores

It's also perfect as a seasonal refresh or pre-event prep.

Are your Deep Cleaning services customizable based on the unique needs of my home?

Absolutely! You can let us know your priorities or problem areas, and we'll tailor the service accordingly. We also offer hourly deep cleans for complete flexibility.

Do I need to be present at home during the Deep Cleaning service, or can I provide access if I'm away?

You don't have to be home. Just let us know in advance how we can access your property securely (e.g. key safe, concierge, or a friend). We'll handle the rest and leave your home sparkling clean.

Is Deep Cleaning suitable for first-time clients?

Yes! In fact, we highly recommend a Deep Clean for all first-time bookings — especially if your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days. It allows us to bring your home up to our high standard before transitioning to regular maintenance.

What's the Difference Between a Deep Clean and a Regular Clean?

Regular Clean

Our Regular Clean is ideal for ongoing maintenance — perfect for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly service. It includes essential tasks to keep your home clean, tidy, and hygienic:

● Surface dusting and wiping

● Vacuuming and mopping floors

● Cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen surfaces

● General tidy of bedrooms and living areas

Deep Clean

A Deep Clean is a top-to-bottom refresh, designed to target built-up dirt, grime, and neglected areas that regular cleaning doesn't cover:

● Detailed kitchen and bathroom sanitization

● Inside cabinets, drawers, oven (if selected), and more

Do I need to empty cabinets or drawers for a Deep Clean?

If you've selected inside cabinet/drawer cleaning as part of your Deep Clean, we kindly ask that those spaces are emptied before we arrive so we can clean thoroughly. If you forget, we'll skip that section or clean around items.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment for a Deep Clean?

Yes — all of our Deep Cleaning services include eco-friendly cleaning products and professional-grade equipment at no extra cost. If you prefer us to use your supplies, just let us know when booking.

Do you move furniture during a Deep Clean?

Our cleaners will move lightweight furniture (under 10kg) like small tables or chairs where safe. However, we do not move heavy items like beds, lounges, or appliances due to safety and liability reasons.

Will you clean behind or under appliances?

If it's accessible and safe, we'll do our best. But for larger appliances (e.g. ovens, fridges, washing machines), we won't move them unless pre-arranged and deemed safe. Let us know in advance if this is needed.

Can I combine Deep Cleaning with other services?

Absolutely! You can bundle Deep Cleaning with:
