How do I pay for my home cleaning?

All payments are made securely online using the payment method provided at booking. We place a hold on your card 1–2 days before your appointment, and you'll only be charged after the service is completed and confirmed.

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged after your cleaning is completed. A receipt will be automatically emailed to you for your records.

Do I need to enter my payment details when booking?

Yes — we require valid payment details to secure your booking. No payment is taken upfront. A hold is placed prior to your clean, and the charge is only completed afterward.

Do you accept cash?

No — we are a 100% cashless service. All payments are processed through our secure online platform for your convenience and cleaner safety.

Will I receive an invoice or receipt?

Yes! A receipt is emailed after every clean. If you need a tax invoice or copy for a property manager, we're happy to provide it upon request.

What is your refund policy?

We proudly offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you're not happy with your service, let us know within 48 hours. We'll return to re-clean any missed areas.

If you're still unsatisfied after the re-clean, we'll offer a fair refund or credit to your account.

Can I add or update billing details later?

You'll need to provide payment details to book, but you can update your billing info anytime via your customer portal or by contacting our support team.

Are there any cancellation or rescheduling fees?

You can reschedule or cancel for free with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may incur a $50 late cancellation fee, and cancellations at the door will be charged in full.

Can I use the same payment method for recurring cleans?

Yes! Your card is securely stored in our system and used for all future services unless you choose to update it.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — we use SSL encryption and a PCI-compliant payment processor to ensure all your payment information is protected and handled securely.
