What does your window cleaning service include?

Our standard window cleaning service includes:

● Interior window glass cleaning

● Cleaning of window frames and tracks

We also offer exterior window cleaning, fly screen cleaning, and ceiling-to-floor glass panels as optional extras.

Do you clean exterior windows?

Yes, we clean exterior windows for ground-level or single-storey properties. Multi-level exterior windows may require special access and will be quoted accordingly. We do not clean windows requiring harnesses or scaffolding.

Do you clean window tracks and frames?

Yes — window tracks and frames are included in our window cleaning service unless otherwise specified. We remove built-up dirt, dust, and debris to ensure windows open and close smoothly.

Do you clean ceiling-to-floor glass windows?

We certainly do! These are often booked as an additional service and priced per glass panel. We clean both the glass and surrounding frames — inside and out if accessible.

Do you clean fly screens?

Yes, we offer fly screen cleaning as an add-on. We gently remove the screens, wash and dry them thoroughly, and replace them carefully. Fly screens are priced per screen.

Do I need to prepare anything before the window cleaners arrive?

To ensure an efficient clean, please:

● Remove personal items or furniture blocking access to windows

● Inform us of any windows that are difficult to open or reach

● Secure pets during the service

Can I book window cleaning on its own?

Yes! You can book window cleaning as a standalone service or combine it with regular, deep, or end-of-lease cleaning.

How much does window cleaning cost?

How long does window cleaning take?

● Medium homes: ~2–3 hours

● Large homes: ~3–5 hours or more

Are your window cleaning products safe for tint and special finishes?

Yes, we use non-abrasive, streak-free, and tint-safe products to protect your windows and finishes.

Are your cleaning products safe for windows with window films or decals?

Absolutely. We use gentle, film-safe solutions and microfiber tools that won't scratch or damage tinted films, decorative decals, or custom window treatments.

Will you also clean my window sills and blinds?

Yes, window sills are included as part of our standard window cleaning, deep cleaning, and end-of-lease cleaning services.

Blinds cleaning, however, is an optional extra and not included by default. If you'd like your blinds cleaned, please add this service when booking so we can allocate the proper time and equipment.

Are you able to provide service if it rains?

Light rain or drizzle typically doesn't affect our ability to clean exterior windows. However, in the case of heavy rain, storms, or unsafe conditions, we may need to reschedule exterior window cleaning for safety and quality reasons.

Interior windows can still be cleaned as planned, regardless of weather. If weather conditions are likely to impact your booking, we'll notify you in advance and work with you to find the next best time.

What kind of equipment do you use?

Our professional window cleaners use high-quality, commercial-grade tools to ensure a streak-free finish and safe, efficient results. Our equipment includes (but is not limited to):

Yes, absolutely. Interior window cleaning is included in our standard end-of-lease (bond) cleaning checklist.

Exterior window cleaning at ground level is available as an optional extra and is priced separately. If you’d like this added to your service, just let us know during booking.

Can you clean windows with specialty glass, such as tinted or stained glass?

Yes! Our team uses non-abrasive, pH-neutral cleaning products that are safe for tinted, stained, frosted, or decorative glass. We avoid anything that could damage sensitive surfaces or finishes.

Do you offer one-time window cleaning services, or is it typically part of a recurring cleaning plan?

We offer both one-time and recurring window cleaning. Whether it's a seasonal refresh, an event prep, or part of a regular home maintenance plan.

How do you handle windows with hard water stains or mineral deposits that may require additional attention?

We use specialised products and tools designed to break down hard water stains and mineral buildup, along with purified water to prevent hard water stains and streaks from forming on the glass.

If the stain is severe or etched into the glass, additional time and treatment may be required. In such cases, we’ll always inform you in advance if there are any extra charges.

Can you accommodate urgent or last-minute window cleaning requests for special occasions or events?

We'll do our best! While availability can be limited, especially during peak periods, we do prioritise last-minute bookings for events, inspections, or sale viewings. Just give us a call and we’ll try to slot you in.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee, and how do you address concerns or issues with the window cleaning service?

Yes, all our services are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the results, just contact us within 48 hours, and we'll revisit and fix any concerns free of charge.

Are you able to clean windows in high-reach places?

Yes, our cleaners are equipped with extension poles and ladders for hard-to-reach interior and exterior windows. For safety, please let us know in advance if windows are particularly high or difficult to access.

Are there any limitations on the height or accessibility of windows that you can clean?

We can clean single-storey and some two-storey windows, depending on accessibility. For windows requiring harnesses, scaffolding, or elevated platforms, we may refer you to a specialist. Just ask us!

Can you remove paint or adhesive residue from windows, and is there an extra charge for this service?

Yes, we can remove paint splatters, stickers, and adhesive from glass using special scrapers and solvents. This is typically considered a specialist add-on service and may incur an additional fee depending on severity.
