Will you clean the inside glass of my oven?

Yes, we clean the inside glass of your oven as part of our standard oven cleaning service. We remove grease, food splatters, and buildup on all accessible interior surfaces, including the inside of the oven door.

Please note: Our service does not include dismantling any parts of the oven (such as double-glass panels) to access areas that aren't reachable without disassembly.

If you have any specific concerns about heavy buildup or visibility between glass layers, feel free to mention it when booking.

How do I book my oven clean?

Booking is easy! Simply schedule your oven cleaning online through our booking form, call us on 1300 988 919, or chat with Ella, our 24/7 AI receptionist. You can book it as a standalone service or add it as an extra to any cleaning package.

How long will it take to clean my oven?

Oven cleaning typically takes 60 to 90 minutes, depending on its size and level of buildup. Very dirty or large ovens may require a bit more time to achieve a thorough clean.

Will you clean the rangehood?

Yes! Rangehood cleaning is included as standard in our oven cleaning, end of lease, and deep cleaning services. We thoroughly clean the exterior, filters, and accessible interior areas to remove grease, grime, and built-up residue — helping your kitchen stay fresh and your rangehood function efficiently.

If you're booking a different service and want to include rangehood cleaning, just let us know — we're happy to add it as an extra.

Do you clean commercial ovens?

Currently, we focus on residential ovens only. For large commercial ovens, please get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can refer you to a trusted commercial specialist.

Are your oven cleaning products safe?

Yes! We use professional-grade, eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are tough on grease but safe for your family, pets, and kitchen surfaces.

Can you remove and clean oven racks and trays as part of the cleaning service?

Absolutely. We remove oven racks, trays, and side supports, soak them in degreasing solution, and scrub them thoroughly before placing them back — all included in your service.

Do you clean the exterior surfaces of the oven, including knobs, handles, and control panels?

Yes, we clean and polish all exterior surfaces, including handles, control panels, knobs, and oven doors to leave your oven gleaming inside and out.

Can you address baked-on or stubborn stains, grease, and carbon deposits during the cleaning process?

Yes! Our oven cleaning is designed to tackle tough, baked-on grease and carbon deposits. While some staining may be permanent with age, we remove as much build-up as safely possible without damaging the oven's surface.

Do you use eco-friendly or non-toxic cleaning products for oven cleaning?

Yes, we use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for your household while still delivering powerful degreasing and sanitisation.

Do you clean other kitchen appliances, such as microwaves or dishwashers, as part of your services?

Yes! You can book microwave cleaning, dishwasher cleaning, fridge interior cleaning, and more as additional extras. Simply select the services you need when booking online.

Can I combine oven cleaning with other cleaning services, such as house cleaning or carpet cleaning?

Definitely! Oven cleaning is a popular add-on to regular house cleans, deep cleans, or specialty services like carpet cleaning. Just mention it during booking.

How do you ensure the safety of your cleaning staff when working with ovens that may have been recently used?

Safety is a top priority at RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance. We kindly ask that ovens be turned off and fully cooled before our team arrives to begin cleaning.

Our cleaning teams always check oven temperatures before starting and are trained to follow strict safety protocols. They also wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) — including gloves and heat-resistant gear — to ensure safe handling of all surfaces and tools.

These measures help protect both your property and our staff while delivering a sparkling clean oven.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my oven cleaning?

We kindly ask that the oven be turned off and cool to touch before our team arrives. Please also ensure that the area around the oven is clear so we can work safely and efficiently. If you have any pets, it’s a good idea to keep them out of the kitchen during the service.

Can I use my oven immediately after it's been cleaned?

Yes — once the cleaning is complete and your oven is completely dry, it's ready to use. We recommend allowing a bit of ventilation to clear any residual scent from eco-friendly products used.

Can you clean ovens with self-cleaning functions?

Yes, but we clean these manually to ensure a thorough result. We won't activate the self-cleaning cycle, as it can be harsh on components and isn't effective on deep grime. Let us know if your oven has this feature when booking.

Do you clean the oven door seals and rubber gaskets?

We gently clean door seals and gaskets as part of our service. These areas are delicate, so we use non-abrasive methods to avoid damage while still removing grime and buildup.

Can I combine oven cleaning with a move-in, move-out, or end-of-lease service?

Absolutely! Oven cleaning is included as standard in our end-of-lease cleaning packages. If you're moving in or out, you'll be covered — just let us know during booking.

What types of ovens do you clean?

We clean freestanding ovens, built-in ovens, wall ovens, and double ovens. Let us know the model type during booking so we can allocate the right amount of time.

Are there any post-cleaning tips or recommendations for maintaining a clean and efficient oven?

Yes! Keeping your oven clean between professional services not only improves cooking performance but also extends its lifespan. Here are our top tips:

● Clean after every use: Remove and wash trays and racks, then gently wipe down the interior with a sponge and a suitable oven cleaner.

● Act fast on spills: Wipe spills and splatters as soon as the oven has cooled to prevent baked-on grime.

● Use caution: Always turn off the main power supply and ensure the oven is completely cool to touch before attempting any cleaning.

● Avoid harsh scrubbing: Stick to non-abrasive tools to protect the interior coating and glass.

● Book a professional deep clean every 6–12 months to tackle built-up grease and restore your oven's shine.

A little regular care goes a long way in keeping your oven safe, efficient, and looking like new!
