Whole Property:

Check for personal items left behind.
Check doors and locks.
Check for property damage.
Report missing items.
Top-to-bottom clean of the entire property including all surfaces, furniture, shelves, light fixtures, decorations, carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture. (dust, wipe, vac, disinfect, mop, polish etc.).
Spot clean interior windows, sills, and tracks.
Clean and polish all mirrors.
Empty all trash bins and replace liners.
Wipe and disinfect high-touch areas, like doors and handles.
Organize and tidy up closets, ensuring no personal items are left behind.
Check and ensure all lights are working, replace any bulbs as needed.
Wipe down all remote controls and sanitize.
Laundry & linens.

Kitchen:

Clean kitchen area; countertops, tables, chairs. Wipe down and sanitize all surfaces, including backsplash.
Wipe down and clean inside and outside of kitchen cupboards, ensure no leftover food items or personal belongings are inside.
Clean and polish kitchen sinks, ensuring no food debris is left behind.
Clean the exterior and interior of kitchen appliances including fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
Clean coffee maker/kettle and refill if needed.
Wash and put away any dishes left behind.
Empty the trash and recycling bins, sanitize and replace bin liners.

Replace any consumables provided by host.

Check for stains on the bedsheets and mattress.
Change bedsheets and pillowcases, re-made the bed to be ready for the next guests.
Empty trash, sanitise, replace bin liners.
Ensure closets and drawers are empty.
Dust furniture and windows.
Sweep/vacuum/mop the floors.

Living Rooms:

Unplug game systems and TVs. Check if they’re in good condition.
Check for stains and change cushion covers if necessary.
Clean and rearrange pillows, blankets, table covers, etc.
Dust windows and tables.
Sweep/vacuum/mop the floors.

Bathrooms:

Toilet: Scrub and sanitize inside and out, including the base.
Shower/Bathtub: Clean and sanitize, including shower doors, tiles, and fixtures.
Sinks: Scrub and polish, clean faucets and handles.
Mirrors: Clean and polish.
Countertops: Wipe down and sanitize.
Towels: Replace with clean towels (provided by the host), ensure towels are neatly folded or hung.
Trash Removal: Empty trash bins, sanitize and replace bin liners.
Floors: Sweep, scrub and mop.
Restocking: Refill provided products such as toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and any other toiletries supplied by the host.
