Yes — while our regular cleaning service covers all essential household areas, there are a few things we do not include due to safety, scope, or specialised equipment requirements.
What's not included in regular cleaning:

● High/restricted areas (e.g. ceiling fans above 2.4m)
● Heavy-duty appliance cleaning (e.g. inside oven or fridge — available as add-ons)
● Wet wiping of light fixtures or electrical components
● Moving large or heavy furniture
● Pet waste or biohazard material removal
These tasks either require specialised services or fall under our deep cleaning or add-on options, which can be selected during booking.

At this time, we do not offer regular one-hour cleaning appointments.
After extensive feedback from our cleaning teams, we found that travelling long distances to work only for one hour is not practical — both for efficiency and service quality. As a result, we've set a minimum of 2 hours for all regular hourly bookings.
