We clean most synthetic and natural fibre carpets and rugs, including those made from wool, polypropylene, polyester, cotton, nylon, jute, seagrass, shag, and coil. For delicate or fragile rugs, we may recommend off-site cleaning — and we'll always advise you in advance if that's necessary.

We move light furniture like chairs, coffee tables, and small side tables. However, for safety reasons, we don't move large or heavy items such as beds, sofas, or entertainment units unless this has been pre-arranged. If you'd like those areas cleaned, please move the items beforehand or contact us to discuss special arrangements.

How do I pay?

We accept all major debit/credit cards. A hold is placed 2 days before the service, and payment is processed after completion. Receipts are sent automatically.

How long will it take for my carpets to dry?

Carpets usually dry in 4–6 hours with good ventilation. In cooler or more humid conditions, it can take up to 12 hours.

However, please note that if pet stains (especially cat urine) have been left untreated and have soaked into the carpet underlay, it can be extremely difficult to remove the odor completely. In severe cases, replacing the underlay or remediating the subfloor may be necessary.

Is it necessary to vacuum before your team arrives for cleaning?

It's helpful but not essential. If you can, a quick vacuum ensures better results. If not, we'll vacuum as part of the service.

Are there any specific instructions or precautions I should take after the carpet cleaning is completed?

Yes, to protect your freshly cleaned carpets and ensure the best results:

● Avoid walking on wet carpets to prevent new stains. If needed, walk barefoot or wear clean indoor footwear only.

● Do not place furniture back until the carpets are fully dry — doing so prematurely can cause unsightly indentations or damage.

● Keep pets off damp carpets until completely dry to prevent new mark and avoid chemical transfer to them.

● Allow proper drying time by opening windows or using fans for airflow. Avoid rushing the process, as incomplete drying can lead to mould, mildew, and lingering odours.

● Leave protective tabs under furniture (if provided) until carpets are fully dry to prevent staining or damage to carpet fibres.

Yes. While most carpets respond well to professional cleaning, there are certain cases where it may not be suitable:

● Delicate or antique carpets made with sensitive fibres can be easily damaged by steam cleaning.

● Custom-created or handwoven rugs may require specialist care beyond standard cleaning methods.

● Old or heavily worn carpets near the end of their lifespan may not show noticeable improvement and could deteriorate further.

● Heavily soiled or water-damaged carpets (e.g., those with mould, mildew, or contaminated water such as sewage) may require professional carpet remediation, which we currently do not provide.

Can you clean area rugs on-site, or do they need to be taken to your facility?

For standard area rugs, we can clean them on-site during your scheduled service. However, delicate or antique rugs—such as oriental rugs, silk, or silk-wool blends—require specialised care and will need to be taken to our facility for a thorough and safe clean. We'll assess the rug beforehand and advise the best option.

Can you remove carpet dents caused by heavy furniture?

We can reduce the appearance of furniture dents using professional steam techniques, but deep or long-term dents may require extra time or may not fully bounce back.

Do you offer carpet deodorizing or freshening services?
