ONE CLEAN ONE HEART is our way of giving back to the Port Stephens, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, and Cessnock communities by offering 2 free 3-hour professional cleaning services every month to 2 community-nominated local families who truly need a helping hand.

Sometimes people don't need money — They need time, support, and a reset.
This is a monthly community giveaway where we gift 2 complimentary 3-hour general house cleanings to someone facing difficult circumstances.
This clean is our way of saying, "You're not alone."
👥 Who Is This For?
This free home cleaning support is designed for people in need within our local community.
You may nominate:
• Someone going through illness or recovery
• A single parent or carer who is overwhelmed
• An elderly person needing support
• Someone experiencing grief, hardship, or burnout
• A neighbour or friend who deserves kindness
• Yourself — self-nominations are welcome
This is not about perfection or cleanliness —
It’s about need, compassion, and impact.

(Please note: this is a general clean, not a deep or end-of-lease clean.)
📝 How It Works
1️⃣ Nominations are open all month
2️⃣ Anyone can submit a nomination (including self-nominations)
3️⃣ Our team reviews submissions with care and compassion
4️⃣ Two recipients are selected each month: one on the 15th and one at the end of the month.
5️⃣ The clean is scheduled at a mutually suitable time
Winners are contacted privately.
No public exposure unless the winner chooses to share.
