Your key will be stored securely and responsibly by your cleaner, who is also fully insured and bonded for added peace of mind, and RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance takes full responsibility in the rare event of loss or damage.

If you prefer, you can also use a lockbox or smart entry system — whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

Do I pay for the service before or after?

We place a temporary hold on your card 2 days before your service to confirm the booking, but you won’t be charged until after the job is completed.
