We can clean exterior windows on ground-level or easily accessible areas for an additional fee.
However, we do not clean elevated exterior windows or exterior balcony glass that require special access equipment (like ladders, scaffolding, or rope access), due to safety and insurance limitations.

Yes, absolutely. If you're booking a regular service, you're welcome to leave us a key for convenient access.
We aim to send the same trusted cleaning team each time, and they are responsible for securely handling and storing your key.
In the unlikely event a key is lost, RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance takes full responsibility, including the cost of lock replacement if necessary.

If your real estate agent's office is reasonably close to the property, we can arrange key pick-up and drop-off on the day of your end-of-lease clean.
Just mention it in the booking notes or email us in advance at [email protected], and we'll coordinate the rest.
Once you've placed your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email after a cleaner has been assigned to your job — usually within 6 to 12 hours. This email will include your service details, date, time, and any important notes.
You'll also receive a confirmation SMS with key details of your service, so you're always kept in the loop.

In the rare event that damage occurs during your clean, please notify us as soon as possible by phone and email.
