• You provide your identification documents and images directly to the identity verification provider.

• That provider processes your documents to confirm your identity and may store them on our behalf.

• We generally receive only the verification result and limited related information (for example, whether the check passed or failed and the date of verification), rather than copies of your identity documents.

We may also collect and confirm information about your right to work in Australia, and details of your public liability insurance, from you or relevant third‑party systems or documents.

Consequence of non-collection
