One Clean One Heart Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Open to residents within RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance service areas.

• Nominees must be 18 years or older.

• Nominators may be any age but must provide accurate contact information.

• Only residential homes are eligible.

2. Nomination Requirements

• All nominations must be submitted through the official RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance website form.

• Nominations must include all required fields.

• Multiple nominations may be made, but only one nomination per nominee is allowed per month.

• Nominators must confirm whether the nominee is aware of the nomination.

3. Selection of Winner

• Two winners will be selected each month based on need, story impact, and home suitability.

• RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance reserves the right to select an alternate nominee if the original winner cannot be contacted or declines the service.

• Decisions made by RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance are final and cannot be appealed.

4. Prize Details

• The prize includes one (1) free 3-hour general cleaning session per winner.

• Cleaning includes standard general cleaning only; deep cleaning, ovens, windows, and special add-ons are excluded.

• The session must be scheduled within 30 days of winning.

• Time and date are subject to cleaner availability.

5. Home Suitability

• Homes must be safe for cleaners to enter.

• RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance may decline homes with heavy hoarding, hazardous environments, or extreme safety risks.

• The winner may be asked for photos or details to confirm suitability.

6. Consent & Privacy

• By participating, nominators and nominees agree that RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance may contact them.

• With permission, non-identifying before & after photos of the cleaned areas may be shared on social media.

• Winners are never required to participate in publicity, testimonials, or promotional content. Any photos taken are optional and strictly limited to non-identifying images of cleaned areas only.

• Personal details will not be publicly disclosed without explicit consent.

7. Media Usage

• With consent, RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance may use non-identifying images or details for marketing.

• Faces will only be shown if explicit permission is given.

• RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance may anonymise names and locations.

8. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Winner must confirm their appointment date within 2 weeks of notification.

• One reschedule is allowed, subject to availability.

• If the winner cancels twice, the prize may be forfeited.

9. Limitations

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or inaccurate nomination entries.

• RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance may end or modify the giveaway at any time.

10. Monthly Rotation Themes

• Monthly themes may include: single parents, elderly individuals, hardship cases, and open community nominations.

• Themes are for marketing and engagement purposes and do not limit RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance’s discretion when selecting winners.

11. Safety & Insurance

• Cleaners are covered under RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance’s insurance and must follow safety protocols.

• Cleaners have the right to decline unsafe tasks or environments.

12. Agreement

By submitting a nomination or accepting the prize, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
